Update May 4th
There's no change yet!
As you will have seen in the news, some countries are starting to lift the lockdown so I am starting to plan how we will go forward. Clearly real classes are preferable in ideal situations. It may be that future classes are more limited by size and distancing restrictions.
All venues are currently holding my bookings as they are mostly closed. Depending on Government advice it is likely that we are the in last groups to restart, which may also be in stages.
Inevitably there will be some change. Keep informed on my website, facebook and by email updates. If you would like to join the email list please use the contact button.
I would love to hear your feelings about the great return either good or bad to help me in this planning stage.
I know many of you enjoy the youtube classes so it may be that they continue in some format post lockdown. Especially in the early stages. I will definitely be offering private tuition via Zoom into the future. It may be that I also hold a regular Zoom Qi Gong class as it allows people to learn from a distance. I would like to give a big thank you to all those who have supported the classes.
It is likely that my acupuncture clinic will reopen in line with dentists, hairdressers and optician type businesses. Meanwhile I am still offering herbal consultations online.
Stay safe, keep exercising and join in the below when you can.
